The 16th World Conference on Transport Research was held in Montreal, Canada. Over 1,050 people participated in the conference, which were organized into 20 sessions. 949 papers where in the program with 214 papers planned for publication in Transport Research Procedia.

WCTRS Montreal 2023 also featured the 4th WCTRS Young Researchers Conference.
